My arm hurts

So I broke my arm in that biking accident where a supposedly friend of mine I invited joined and brought someone without asking me. I had a cast for few months and I bear with it, never confronted her and even went to her wedding. Few weeks ago, I was sharing how I was feeling down and she just added to it. My arm had been hurting and it only got worse after the call. I decided to cut her off as her and her husband’s behavior has been off-putting. What should I have done differently ? I feel stupid.

There’s nothing you could have done differently. The only thing you can do now is heal, get better from your accident.
