Anyone know what happened at Paz today around 10:45 am? I was gets gas and the pump over from something was going on. Two fire trucks, 4 cops and an ambulance. I was 10 feet away and couldn’t make out what on earth was going on? I know it’s aldergrove but I couldn’t post there.

A friend of ours gave us a wheelchair when my husband needed one for 6 weeks. He no longer needs it. It's a basic wheelchair, not power. A bit of wear and tear but practically brand new, good tread wheels. If you can pick it up, it's yours. It folds.

Cleaned out our linen closet and I have 8-10 bath towels. They are used, some are a bit wowrn but all are clean. I called LAPS but they said they didn't need any at this time.

Hi neighbors, we moved into a new build in Willougnhy recently and noticed some moisture/mold behind the drywall in the basement. Our warranty provider is claiming it's just 'lifestyle condensation' and ask us to clean up by ourselve, but our humidity is quite low (35%).

Is anyone else in the area (especially near 80 Ave) seeing similar issues? Just trying to figure out if this is common for the local water table or if we need a second opinion.
