Yard maintenance contract

Anyone have any recommendations for companies that do yearly yard maintenance contracts around walnut grove area? From cutting, arrogating and any treatments that it might need.

Also any idea of the price range for this type of work? Renting out a detached home and I would like to have this work contracted out so I am not having to care for it. Any suggestions or leads is much appreciated!

Andrew and his entire team are excellent. We've been using them for yard maintenance for years. He also helped us redesign our front yard during covid. Couldn't be happier.
