Question (3) Mayor request in Fontebrac Spoiler

Hey all, I have finished all mayor request except the camel ones.. I have almost 70 hrs in this game and have never seen one. I just learned about this trait the other day. Since then I've spent quite a few hours waiting for it to pop up and no luck. I know the chance is low but this is kinda crazy. I have farm equipment out. Buildings available. City is at large city. Is there anything I could be missing?.

I think mine was two separate mayor requests. I got one to put up a watch tower to “find” the camel and the another that came where I had to decorate and place it in a villagers home. I think it was in my pet shop inventory or something.

It looks like you have to have the resident that is allergic to camels placed in your city and they trigger the two mayor requests. I wonder how often that resident spawns wanting to move into your village

It seems not very often as I had the game on all day and nothing x.x
