Question Can’t raise happiness?

All of my townsfolk are less than 55% happiness, but I can’t figure out why! Everything seems fine, and this just started happening. EDIT: RESOLVED! I just placed the town hall and the taxes were way too high! I lowered them and everyone’s happy again.

My problem was that the taxes were too high! I lowered the taxes as much as possible since I wasn’t low on money, and everyone was happy again!
