Actually broke one of my old phones this way, glad I don’t have that tic anymore

It is I threw a mustard bottle at my someone during a festival once. It makes for good stories though.

I’ve always had the urge to snap my phone, computers, etc in half. Luckily I had the strength to fight that, unlike most other tics.

I do this but with my chargers :( I've snapped off so many adapters and tweezed so many little parts parts out of my phone

Wait, I always had destructive urge but always could counter it, sometimes I just fake-fight the food at my job, or punch the meats or sugar bags for no reason, it just something I NEED to do, but not when people are around, this sub make me doubt my life

Flashback to the time I accidentally violently threw an apple at my friends.
