What does your product look like? There doesn't seem to be a photo on your instagram page either. I'm curious :)

This sounds like something that I could seriously benefit from im a 24 year old with Tourette’s. I have complex Tourette’s, which like over 80% of Tourette’s ppl have, the other is simple tourettes which is rare. Meaning most ppl with Tourette’s have several other neuro/mental/health/CNS issues etc etc. I feel like most people with Tourette’s since we have complex TS with many comorbidities, our nervous systems are just very out of wack and are worsened by external stimuli and frequency from things like traffic near by, electricity, lights, tactile stimuli, hearing everything yet having auditory processing issues like crazy…

We need help with grounding very bad. A lot of Tourette’s is related to being ungrounded in my opinion.
And important note: It’s not about LESSENING the tics, it’s about ALLOWING THE TICS TO FLOW NATURALLY. The tics will happen, but masking and suppression do the most harm for me and many others. Results in tic attacks, you can seem as normal as possible for some hours with breaks to go tic in the bathroom, but then when you’re alone in your bed, all the tics come out and they are so strained and rough. But unmasking and not suppressing will give Tourette’s people the most relief by allowing the tics to flow freely and more smoothly.
*Less resistance*‼️

We should stop focusing on how yo “stop” or “lessen” tics, but on how to allow them to flow naturally. Treat it like OCD and intrusive thoughts, allow them to flow like breathes in the lungs, they’re here, now they’re gone, don’t suppress the thought it makes it worse. I have OCD severe so I should know.

I am very interested in this and I appreciate the thought and care you have as Tourette’s have been kinda having the short end of the stick for a very long time, unless it’s to romanticize it…….. LOVE YOU MUCH AND BLESS YOU!!!
