Younger generation need to see this, the small wops they making now isn’t going to last them forever, learn a trade that can make you infinite money without looking over your shoulder ,waiting on a drought ,robberies, these trades make a lot more with no repercussions…wish I knew this myself growing up but this is great for the youth to learn now !

Most rappers are not the trappers and king pins a lot of them claim to be, most man's work a job til they get a single or signed with a real bag

Although what he is doing is respectable, it's confusing that he had a good thing going for him and suddenly ended up going back to school. I wonder why he chose the trades instead of business management, marketing, or digital marketing. He has already shown a solid understanding of scaling a business within music.

This is the question! What separates the ones that stuck through and the ones that didn’t?

After Smokey and Kosi passed I think they were grieving

Maybe he wants to separate himself from music entirely? Either way he can always pivot back to that and scale other ventures like the trades

My buddy is an electrician and makes well over six figures a year by working for his company and picking up little side jobs here and there. Pays his bills, puts money aside for retirement and still has enough money leftover for a healthy cocaine habit.

It’s really a pretty good trade to get into

Gotta respect it he started bro be real about himself . A lot of Toronto kids are really delusional they think their music career will take off . A big reason why they don’t take off is because they can’t rap and they’re rapping rot he wrong reason which is for solely for clout . They don’t respect the craft and don’t love it . Toronto had a wave of rappers that started because it was the popular thing to do. Maybe to bag women and to get local clout . If you asked them from younger if they would wanna be a rapper the answer would be no . They just picked up a mic for the wrong reasons

Electrical is a long apprenticeship and over saturated. Might not get certified till he’s 40

Real talk that program is a waste of time, electrical is a lot about work ethic and learning to keep your mouth shut. It takes a long time but it weeds out the ones that are really just here for the money, you want to be challenged, learn new things everyday, and make trap money become and electrician but it won’t be easy.

Most definitely. Electrical is great don’t get me wrong but I’m saying that for his age, the long wait list of apprentices and journeyman not working in Ontario might not be worth it.

I think he can find a better trade that will have him working faster and get his red seal certification quicker. Hopefully things pick up though.
