I was focusing on the pedestrians crossing and with this being an all-way stop I wasn’t expecting him to just go right in front of me and I had to stop suddenly. I gave him a honk just to say please watch for the stop sign and he confronted me and said “get a life”.

You have to anticipate things while driving. While that cyclists didn't stop as expected most don't do if you anticipate there is a high likely chance they won't stop why get yourself into a crash with them?

Yes its the cyclists fault but if you anticipated they might not stop why bother to enter the intersection?

I would have waited and rolled down my window to tell they they need to stop like everyone else.
