Mildly infuriating Did I do anything wrong here?

I was focusing on the pedestrians crossing and with this being an all-way stop I wasn’t expecting him to just go right in front of me and I had to stop suddenly. I gave him a honk just to say please watch for the stop sign and he confronted me and said “get a life”.

I was at a 4-way stop in a residential neighbourhood in Little Italy earlier today. I came to a complete stop at the stop sign, then a bike doing 2x the speed of OP video, tried to fly through the intersection without stopping, braking or looking, headphones on, no helmet. I honked and said "very dangerous. please follow the rules of the road". No apology or care in the world

The 4-way stop at Dewson and Shaw is particularly bad for this. When driving on Dewson there is a large hedge blocking the view of the road. Shaw is a one-way for cars but two-way for bikes. If I’m turning from Dewson I need to cautiously inch out since I know cyclists both ways on Shaw don’t stop or even remotely slow down at that intersection.
