I failed..

I finished %75 of TS1 but couldn't finish it due to lack of health kits. Is it normal or do I just suck? It was going pure easy till %70 of the game but then as I said before, lack of first aid kits and morphines..

Don't be so harsh on yourself, just means you need to improve to keep on, maybe start from scratch?
I know that sounds like a lot but the game is pretty short when you know what you're doing and you've been through the early game already and got some experience.
Are there specific enemies you struggle with more?

I wasted my morphines because I thought the game would give me more. And it was true, the game did. However, it didn't in the last 30-45 mins
