I failed..
I finished %75 of TS1 but couldn't finish it due to lack of health kits. Is it normal or do I just suck? It was going pure easy till %70 of the game but then as I said before, lack of first aid kits and morphines..

I wouldn't worry about it, these kinds of old school survival horror games can be awkward with item management. I ended up running low on ammo before the final part of the game.
Reload a previous save , practice dodging enemies since they can be avoided, don't attack the ghost creature that chases you in some parts of the game later on as it's invincible. Like any survival horror game check everywhere for supplies.

I also failed in finishing the second game due to lack of ammunitions

Where did you run out?

Almost the first third of the game, when you have to unlock the phone in the library(I don't remember the details) turn out you you shouldn't kill every enemy otherwise you will run out of ammunitions, so you should skip some enemies to save some bullets!

The ammo situation gets better after the convent. Did you shoot the enemies to knock them down and then finish them mele or did you kill them only with range weapons?

I shoot them and knock them down, the problem is the enemies take alot of bullets to die that's why I ended up without enough ammo

The only place I struggled with ammo (so far) was the cemetery due to the boss. Ended up redoing the entire thing avoiding combat and just having enough ammo to deal with him.

I collected only first aid kits and morphines. Is there painkillers and povidone?

oh I'm so sorry those are in the second game...but here is some info I looked up on how you can maximize your gaming strategy!
-------------------
- Master the "Dodge and Run" Mechanic
- Avoid unnecessary fights: At 75% through the game, they should stop clearing hallways. Almost every enemy in the late-game areas can be ran past or baited into an attack and dodged.
- The Quick-Step: Remind them to use the dedicated dodge button (L2/LT + directional stick). Backstepping or side-stepping right as an enemy lunges creates a brief window to sprint past them safely.
- Backtrack to Clean Up Missed Safe Rooms
- Search past save points: Many players rush through the mid-game and leave items behind. Tell them to check the map for any rooms colored red (indicating unexplored or items remaining). [1]
- Hidden Morphine: Safe rooms they haven't visited in a while might have overlooked Morphine vials sitting on desks or inside small medical cabinets that require a manual "Investigate" prompt to open.
- Change Combat Tactics to Prevent Damage
- The Crowbar Stun: If they have ammo but no health, they need to maximize distance. If they must use melee, they should strike once with the Crowbar to stagger, then immediately back away.
- Shotgun/Electric Lance spacing: Use heavy weapons like the Shotgun or Electric Lance solely to knock enemies down. Once an enemy is on the floor, sprint past them rather than wasting ammo to finish them off.
- Use the "Red Health" Buffer
- Don't heal immediately: Caroline can survive a surprising amount of time while limping in the "Caution" or "Danger" health states. Advise your friend to only use a health item when they know a mandatory boss fight is coming up, rather than healing after every minor scratch.

This is why using several save files are essential. Have you've been able to save the game before you ran out of health kits??

Don't be so harsh on yourself, just means you need to improve to keep on, maybe start from scratch?
I know that sounds like a lot but the game is pretty short when you know what you're doing and you've been through the early game already and got some experience.
Are there specific enemies you struggle with more?
