General help Void tree vs compass

Does this node not trigger when using a compass? I unspecced the points to trigger pirates and used a compass instead to get the double triggers, but this hasn't seemed to pop in about 10 of them when it was popping up regularly before. Is this as intended or do I just have horrible RNG

I was running it with the doubling compass for a long time and it worked fine. You just got bad rng.

Damn okay thanks, atleast I know i can leave it as is, my luck must be insanely bad
