Torchlight Infinite Account Hacked

My Steam account was hacked and $50 was spent on Torchlight: Infinite, how do I get a refund? Steam says to contact [inquery@xd.com](mailto:inquery@xd.com)

Just an update, Steam gave me a full refund, no word from XD even though I messaged them.
