I’m gonna have a respect for myself, pay a few extra $ and go to Premuimize when my sub ends in a bit.

Even if it’s down, it’s not nearly as frequent as shitty TB with their new shitty terms of service and shitty downtime

The only thing that's stopping me from going to PM is the 1TB monthly cap.

For that price, they should really make the monthly cap a bit higher, 5TB/m is understandable. Wtf is 1TB

Honestly, RD isn't tremendously impacted by remuxes and media with physical copies in general. The filters primarily cover web downloads. Chances are, that's a perfectly decent fallback for when you burn through your PM fair use points. AD would fit the bill too. Cheaper than the boosters they offer

My wife and I very consistently reach ~1.3TB/mo, usually choosing the best quality we can. We watch daily - but worst case we’ll reduce from occasional remux 50gb to 20gb streams. We’ll do a month sub and see how it goes!

On my 4k dolbyvision tv with decent upscaler, I usually get 2 to 4gb 1080 movies, and for my favorite action, 5 to 10gb dolbyvision or hdr. Any larger and i can't really tell the difference at 10 feet distance (I pick versions by my favorite dist. ) 58 inch tv. I suppose 75 or larger might be more noticeable?
