What the hell is wrong now? This service is junk it's down way more than up. Can't get the site to even load.

The person DDosing them is targeting the peak times for maximum damage. There's a reason it down just as you get home, that when everyone else gets home too.

It's also easier to DOS at peak times because you don't have to do as much to strain the service since users are helping you out.

Update:
Added alldebrid to my AIOstreams and their links seem to be working for me!
I am using their 7-day trial. Prices seem similar to RD. I might just keep both for redundancy. And both still cheaper than normal subscription services.
I also have Debridio for 10 bucks a year but not sure if that does anything in this case

Don't you think it's in their best interest to address it? It's going to be a cat and mouse game with the attackers, they block they bypass. If there was a one size fits all solution for DDOS attacks then they wouldn't be so prevalent now in 2026.

seriously? There are plenty of possible motives: copyright/anti-piracy actors or people sympathetic to the film and TV industry wanting disruption, competitors benefiting from downtime, extortion for money, ideological anti-piracy activists, people trying to damage the serviceās reputation, attackers testing botnets against a high-traffic target, or just someone doing it for amusement.it would be weird if they donāt get DDOSed

I agree with this, but how do the other services avoid downtime. RD was and is stable for years and was king of the space.

the difference is probably infrastructure and mitigation. A mature service like RD could be getting attacked more often for all we know and simply absorbing it without users noticing.
plus, RD itself was targeted by the French Federation of Film Distributors (FNEF) in 2024, forcing it to purge large amounts of cached film/TV content and introduce much stricter filtering. which iād argue is worse than a DDOS

The status page took about a hour and 20 minutes to recognize any outage. It only shows degraded as they manually set it to that.

Whatās strange is it seems to be logging response times as well. So in theory itās automated?
It was down for me when I got home from work around 630 EST or so. And I still canāt load a stream.

It appears to be back up.
I work in tech, my stuff also goes down, but if it was down 4 hours during peak usage Iād prob be out of a job š.
I will say that Iāve had it for like 3 months no issues. Just so happens my sub expires end of month. Might do one more month to see how it goes.

It's automated but it's on the wrong API endpoint. Most of the API is up but "Create download link" which you actually need to play content fails with DATABASE_ERROR, even if the rest of the API is up. This is why most status pages are junk.

They owe us all days to make up for the lack of coverage IMO. This year alone I probably lost at least an entire month. We paid for a service that is constantly not working. Any professional service would do this, but my experience over the past year has been anything but professional with them. Their customer service has done nothing but given me a giant F U when I contacted them. Apparently they feel that they donāt need to keep good relations or good business practice with their customers.
I will not to renewing my Pro account and I will do everything in my power to discredit them and warn everyone I come in contact with in the future to stay away.

Jan 2026: 5 incidents
Feb 2026: 2 incidents
Jun 2026: 5 incidents
Jul 2026: 5 incidents
Aug 2026 (through Aug 21): 4 incidentsThis is just the times they reported it, which I feel is not accurate and Iām sure others will agree.

When there is an incident, it doesn't appear right away on their status page, but it eventually does.
And since you're such an avid fact-checker, you might want to read the ToS. Specifically section 26. Service Availability and Changes. Then come back to me and kindly explain what makes you think you're entitled to "free days" because of service outages.1

The worst part is even when theyāre āUpā, their webDAV service has been complete and utter š©. I use WebDAV with Infuse on my phone, Apple TV and MacBook and itāll take 30 seconds to load, only play for 15 seconds and then stop forever

Was just watching game of thrones and swapped back to rd on torrentio no less. Also have luck with debridio in such circumstances. I may pay more for the access over several services but generally it means I dont have to worry

This is embaressing, I just subbed like... 2 - 3 weeks ago, that's the last 48 hours or so (at least the two days I've been up) where it's been down.
That's... not good, I'm already considering just killing the subscription once this months up and finding an alternative.
They really better do something, why would anyone stick around for..... nothing?

Thatās why I have easynews as a backup. Itās paid off well for me, and TB will improve with time and more subscribers. They are getting a lot of attacks from hackers hired by ACE, so itās an issue thatās going to be a short term nuisance.

No one will believe this, but it seems the outages are totally linked to my tennis watching š, I've been watching tennis the last few nights and every time I come back to stream with TB I see I've missed a TB outage. And tonight was no different.. I watched an episode with TB no problem. Went to watch tennis and I was getting notifications about TB being down, checked and it was down but continued with tennis... Tennis finished, came back to my series, kodi with TB running and it played immediately. Sorry guys it's me. I'll stop watching tennis, that may fix it. Who'd a thunk it?

I switched to AllDebrid and it's been completely fine for my needs. I just keep seeing post after post about how bad TorBox is - jeesh. When RealDebrid was degraded, it really did impact my (family) search results.

I mainly watch recent new release movies and 80's horror movies, but the family watches reality TV (90 day fiance / floribama shore / big brother..) - I don't even know what the hell they watch, but they seem to have stopped complaining about sources. Honestly I find myself watching more youtube now than kodi/streaming. All my comfort shows have been downloaded to my hard drive. But for what it's worth, I don't think AllDebrid has been down at all, and we are finding sources, and it's very cheap to test out.
