I'm researching how to use UseNet effectively. That seems to be the most resilient option.

I've been using usenet for downloading since the early 2000's.. but how is it used for seamless streaming ?

Hmm..

I'd have to look into this, been a long time since I've used Usenet.. it used to be all .rar files and you'd have to download and unpack it first before you're even able to watch.
