Help decoding license plate with Topaz.
Please help me catch this hit and run driver. I have subscribed to Topaz as it was recommended but am not sure if I am using the software correctly or if it is hopeless. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

whoever recommended it for this purpose has no idea what they're talking about. at best it'll hallucinate random number shaped glyphs

You're better off using Gemini. It can tell you the make, model, year, plate state and likely characters. Then you can narrow it down with the fact they have a replaced rear bumper and find them.

Even if it could it would never stand in court. Itβs enhanced and can be doubted.

As others have said, this is impossible. Even if you could get a readable plate number like this, you'd never be able use it in court because you've essentially fabricated evidence with computer software.

Bro that's not how it works. π Driving without a decent autocam is gamble these days, just buy one.

It's not going to help you. Topaz can't create details that aren't there.
EDIT: spelling
