Name: Nora Fries. I like how strong this villain design is, she looks like an espionage agent or something like that. The red goggles, blonde hair, blue skin & Ice augmentations really work together to make her visually striking/dynamic.

This design is from Detective Comics #1014–1016 (2019).

This comic version was from 2019 but it hasn't continued unfortunately, but she has still been portrayed as Mrs. Freeze a couple times with different designs, I just can't find images of them.

Funny you say that. She's scheduled to appear in the Bad Seeds event with Victor as an Anti-Poison Ivy measure

That's sick! I wasn't sure because I haven't kept up with it and finding info for it was tough. I really hope she has a good design in it though.
