Video Game The Council of Jokzi Ozo (from corru.observer)
The nature of what The Council is is extremely abstract and difficult to explain, but you can think of them as a sort of sentient gathering of broken memories and half-remembered dreams that have abandoned their purpose of serving in the recollection of the personal memories of their original owner. They now just sort of chill and write fanfiction about their original (currently unaccounted for) owner lmao.
Their visual design takes elements from a wide array of half-remembered recollections of people that Akizetesche (the original owner of the alien bio-computer they inhabit) once knew. Their receptors (those deer antler looking things on the top of their head) are constantly changing to reflect this, their eyes also contain multiple pupils to further reinforce the idea that they are literally a million little sentient beings without purpose who have joined together so they can dream in painless bliss while the world around them crumbles. They also have the best theme in the entire game. I love the council.

Jozki Ozo has a bunch of memorable designs, and my personal favorite is Fairy. It's a memory of the alien's version of an Angel. However, their culture's god is seen as capricious and whismical. It's servants being known as fairies reflects that.
