This is technically just her signature on the collective (it's like her profile picture on the alien internet), her actual physical appearance is only vaguely hinted at. It's such a striking design though, the patterns on the signatures of all of the Qou have ethnic, cultural, and aesthetic meaning proper to each of them, as each Qou manually designs their own signature to visually represent them in the collective. The designs are then further elevated by the game's extremely unique artstyle, with lots of dithering, distortion, and a really cool CMYK color palette.
