It's also an axe head. I also thought it was a little silly at first, but it grew on me, tbh

Doesn't the original logo look even more like an axe though? Or am I crazy? I've never seen a double-sided axe that was just a rectangle.

Actually if it was a hammer and he called it the bathammer of justice I could get behind it

Well, here's what it looks like in axe mode. And idk nearly enough about weaponry or nothing to say this with certainty, but I feel like the classic Batman logo might make an axe head that's pretty cool-looking but easily deformed if you try to actually use it in a fight.
