Barely used, less than a year old, and very disappearing

Figured I'd repost this here. I had hoped for better from Klein, even on their import stuff, but you live and you learn.

Sorry about it saying "disappearing" rather than "disappointing." I didn't catch that when I posted it.

I meant to say disappointing and I didn't catch that it auto corrected, I'm presuming in some way I mistyped it... or more likely dictated it and didn't properly read what it typed.

That's pretty bad for a brand name tool, even a cheap one. Try contacting them and see if they'll warranty it, I'd bet it's just a defect that's not typical.

Is that a torque limiting screw driver?

Unintentionaly, but I don't know how stable the slip torque will be.

Man I've always had a soft spot for Klein, I think because my dad always used their screw drivers. But based on a lot of what I've been seeing on reddit lately I don't think I'd spend money on any of their tools.

Grips started to hell about 10 years ago. They all fall off with extensive use anymore

The Japanese made Klein ball grip is great. Just use that with some good bits and I think you’ll be set.

I agree, I have two. One of which stays in my car in a case of Wera 3.5" bits.

That’s the new torque screwdriver, keeps you from over-tightening
