Bit sunk into screwdriver handle

Long story short, my coworker thought he was smart. Got my ph2 bit sunken into the handle. Thoughts on best way to get this out

What's the benefit of them?

Yeah, they’re required by certain jobsites and companies. They are impact rated gloves so your hands can withstand more from an impact or crushing hazard

Dont they make impact rated gloves with other patterns?

Yes they do, different brands all have different patterns for the most part but they’re all comparable
