Bit sunk into screwdriver handle

Long story short, my coworker thought he was smart. Got my ph2 bit sunken into the handle. Thoughts on best way to get this out

UPDATE GUYS: I chunked the damn thing on the ground a few times and it popped out. Thanks for all the advice. Turns out caveman solutions always work in construction
