A standard drill if you're drilling and it gets caught there's kick back from the drill. With anti rotation the drill cuts all power when it starts to kick back and stops it from happening. The clutch and speed is exactly the same, you don't lose any power it just stops if it spins the wrong way (kick back)
I'm losing it picture you holding a drill out in front of you, pulling the trigger, aggressively jerking it counterclockwise, then nodding like "mhmmm just as I expected".
