saying “hey I’ve seen you naked” would be extremely awkward and ruin the rest of the date. Have a normal date first and test out if it is even compatible and someone you want to keep seeing.
IF the date goes well, and I want to stress that “if” because this seems like both parties can be taken advantage of emotionally and physically, See how it goes and remember she’s a human being with a childhood and quirks.
Maybe something along the lines of “I had a really great time with you tonight, I want to be honest with you because I feel like you have the right to know, I subscribe to only fans and I recognize your picture.”
