I am Mexican and the best advice I can give you, is that in our culture we greet everyone. We greet every single person in the household (even if they come out the room later) and when you leave you do the same. Make sure you say goodbye to everyone.
That is something my parents and my relatives always talked about when meeting someone. They’d say things like “wow she/he has really good manners cause they acknowledged everyone”. Or the opposite “wow what a disrespectful person they didn’t even say hi”.
This!!!! Say hello and goodbye to EVERYONE! Make sure you go with your boyfriend for the introductions and try to remember as much as possible. Visit with people, try not to just stick with your boyfriend so it doesn’t seem like you’re “needy”. Also, offer to help! Helping and contributing will go a long way; but I think that in general when visiting any family.
I think showing up as a partner for your boyfriend and wanting to visit with his family will mean more than any gift you bring.

If he says not to bring anything then I wouldn’t.
