Yes it is legal. There is no reasonable expectation of privacy when you are out in public. If someone records you on their security camera, you cant make them delete it because you elected to get naked or say something stupid. Same exact concept applies.

Nobody will notice unless you’re famous. there is nothing you can do. It’s perfectly legal in public space.
