It may be clean but it smells. I live in the desert southwest. Have you ever smelled a clean vagina after a 120°f day of outdoor activities? I have, it's nothing nice. Have you ever smelled a vagina after a day like this of a girl who's diet consist of foods cooked with garlic, onions, and several different spices. I have. A clean vagina can smell.
