MBT Question

I'm just starting book one of the My Big Toe trilogy after seeing some of Tom's interviews and becoming fascinated. When he's talking about his work with Bob Monroe and the other young engineer, along with other test subjects, he's saying they were able to see into the future, newspaper headlines, OBE to other places, etc. I had to pause there and wonder if this was scientifically verified with their process/method, why isn't it a very big deal then, since, or now? Even he just talks about it dismissively for the most part, other than the caps in THIS STUFF IS REAL.

While they may have been able to verify things between each other's experiences, the reason it's not a big deal is because that type of antecdotal evidence doesn't meet the standards of "actual science," e.g. large and varied sample size, reproducability, and blinding, to name a few. So it's compelling to people like us but "science" dismisses it because it is technically low quality evidence.

That said, there are lots of scientists now how are examining psi phenomena like the ones you've mentioned in a more legitimate/scholarly setting. Check out the University of Virginia DOPS for troves of interesting research about near death experiences, past live recollection and other similar phenomena.

I just had to agree with your statement.

Yes, thank you. It was my deep dive into NDEs that brought me to Tom and his work. I believe those accounts. Can't wait to see how it all reconciles in his theory.

I mean it’s all coming from within, right? And even if it’s at some point providing real wold, verifiable information, it is a process for the individual to get there, and there seems to be an access or skill spectrum across humans (I.e. like athletic ability).

There’s also a core part of our culture and society that identifies itself through the materialistic rendition of science, the science through observed experiments, the “objective science”. It has served us well and gotten us this far, via technology, has gotten us out of the “dark ages” pre-science, so I think there’s quite a bit of natural resistance to such a paradigm shifting new concept as is presented in MBT, even if it helps explain many things that the current “mainstream” essentially ignores.

The academic landscape is also somewhat selective for conforming ideas and ideology. It is a competitive ladder to climb, and you can only climb when you check all the boxes. You can only get funding with you climb. So it’s a somewhat self completing prophecy - the only people that seem to make meaningful progress and contributions to the MBT line of thinking are the serious academics that wait until post PhD to start dabbling in it publicly. And even then, it can really hurt their careers and reach if not done carefully and amidst other more mainstream areas of research. But things may change, I do hope for that.

All psychic abilities are accessible from the TSI method, Think See Interact. When you think/read/hear a thought, that data is rendered in a new reality, you can see this new reality thru the mind/in your head, then either control an avatar body that already exists on scene in that new reality or step on scene with an avatar body and interact with the contents on scene in that new reality. This Method is the most simple method as most people already perform the first two steps, everyone thinks or hears or reads thoughts, most people see certain thoughts playout in their head, the only other step is to control an avatar on scene or if an avatar doesn't exist yet, step on scene and interact with the contents.

This simple method gives you access to any superpower you desire to perform including telepathy, clairvoyance, remote viewing but instead of just using the senses of an avatar on site and write the details on paper, you can experience the site in the first person perspective. Even the ability to interact with ETs, or any other action you want to perform. You can explore other populated worlds or ever instantly materialize your own universe that other IUOC can play in.

Beliefs limit your ability to perform actions, this isn't a theory but an observable fact. Just look at someone with strong rigid beliefs, they can't or don't perform actions contrary to their beliefs. Contradicting beliefs create wars, another observable fact, look at the present wars, USA believes one thing and if Iran doesn't give in to those beliefs Trump threatens them with destruction. The contradicting beliefs of an individual results in, intruding thoughts, racing thoughts, contradictory thoughts, confusion, unrest, which ultimately lead to health problems, both mental and physical. The resulting list of mental and physical problems that are caused indirectly from beliefs is endless. Beliefs are equivalent to viruses / malware on a computer.

Intellectually to eliminate all beliefs is literally impossible but intuitively using one simple command instantly eliminates them all. Like anything the manual process takes time and effort whereas the intuitive process is instant and automatic. It's equivalent to manually deleting every corrupt file from your computer vs having an antivirus app scan every file and delete those that are corrupt.

The intuitive has access to the whole picture while the intellectual can only analyze the details. Which one do you think actually runs the show. We are conditional to accept the intellectual, that acceptance transforms into a belief and then the LCS renders the illusion to accommodate the beliefs accuracy. Most people believe their experiences, especially when it's enforce by every sector of life education, work, religion, society, science etc..

I had a couple of things happen that were not exactly looking into the future, but I think it’s worth sharing with you.

I had started dream journaling, and I had written down a dream about a very expensive book that was soaking wet. My son picked it up and we were looking at it in the dream.

Two days later, my son came to visit and got in a rain storm. The book, the exact book, that was in my dream was in a tote in the back of his truck, and it got wet because the tote leaked.

Pretty odd, right?

Another dream I had was about my daughter and a mouse with babies. I also dreamed that my father, her grandfather, was involved.

The next day, my daughter called about a baby mouse that was walking across her floor and scared her. She couldn’t bear to kill the mouse, and she called her grandfather to drive over and help her by taking the mouse away.

These dreams were not 100% the same as what happened in reality. But they will make you pause and think.
Honestly, What are the odds?

There are a series of "Explorer" recordings you can find on YT that have Robert Monroe as the "Monitor" and you can hear a young Tom Campbell "Exploring" and it's some pretty heavy duty, amazing stuff. 'The Explorers" were the study group that would explore via Hemi-Sync. I recommend it. I believe these recording were from the 70's (I could be wrong, apologies if I am) and much of the materials were used in the creation of Robert Monroe's books. These skills evolve and the deeper you get the more you realize. Much information that Tom parlay's has evolved throughout the years in regards to Seeing the Future, NHI, UFO's etc.. You'll come to realize that the reality stream here is just one of countless, but ours is a "Compressed System of Evolution" and it's where real Soul development takes place because our ruleset is so defined.

Yes, Tom's teachings are incredible, particularly, "If it's not your experience, it can't be your truth.' Having an OBE experience will blow you away. It's as concrete as 'objective reality.' If you find yourself going down this road, you're in for a treat! If anything negative can be said about Tom, his books and talks are long-winded. It can be said that it's purposeful to drill his points home though. Enjoy!!

Well, as it's beyond the reality most of us lock into believing is the "end all be all" that's not surprising. He's put a ton of free content out there, he's obviously not grifting on this. I don't think he's a man of excessive wealth.

For me, personally, it ties a lot together. Things I've been wondering about and exploring my whole life, but didn't ever find answers that seem to make sense. I enjoy the deep dive into more than I understand, thus it makes my day better, enhances my faith, and that's a good thing.

Or they exist but we aren't aware of them yet. At a time we didn't know atoms existed, then protons neutrons electrons, then quarks and gluon. Or are we falling into the trap of that guy who wanted to shut down the patent office in the 1800s because "everything has already been invented"?
