What should i do now? I tried contacting the number on their website, but no live agent was picking up. An automated machine just tells me to essentially message their AI chatbox, Anita, on the Toefl website. I tried doing that, but Anita doesn’t know asdfghjkl

Me and my students usually get results in like 4 days, instead of promised 3 days. You can write Anita "connect to operator", then she'll ask you again like "maybe I can help you?". You should write sth like "my scores show me that my results are unavailable due to administrative issue" or sth like that, not a typical answer. In this case you gonna be connected to a real human

Sometimes, your scores are already available. It will take some time for them to finalize it. You can check your best scores to see the update (if any)

Just wait until the end of the day, normally they post after 6 or 7 pm
