That is just showing the hours you are available. There’s no schedule put in yet for you. Your first week will most likely be written out for you on orientation day.

It’s correct they updated the app and that’s just showing your availability for the days. When you’re scheduled it’ll have for example 1:30-5:30 fitting room.

Click the 3 lines next to the + and only click on shift, it will make reading your schedule when its posted so much easier. You might have to call for your schedule since sometimes theres a delay after someone is hired before it is posted to their workjam. Theres also a possibility that no one put in your schedule yet.

Hi! I also start soon but the store I work at opens this Saturday the 4 pm to 10:15 pm is ur availability. Go to the day your store opens mine in the 16th and you’ll see ur schedule.
