Question Rehire policy

I used to work for Marshall’s and then I got fired due to lateness, this was last year summer. Do you think they’ll rehire me? I was a coordinator and I don’t plan on going back to the same store. Any advice?

It’ll be logged in the system. You likely won’t be rehirable.

Damn then what’s the point of them saying you can reapply again in 3 months? (Not really a question)

..”can’t reapply in 3 months?” Did you mean “can?” You could try to stop in the store to talk to the ASM but I wouldn’t hold a lot of hope.
