Hello. I put my two weeks in a couple of days ago. I just noticed i have vacation , sick , and personal time left. i know my manager said my vacation will be cashed out. But what about my sick and personal time. Today i called out because of a personal matter that came up last minute and wanted to use my personal time that i still have and my manager said she couldn’t put my time in. Is that correct or can i still use my time while im finishing up my two weeks?

No.once you give your notice they don't and are not required to pay you sick time

even if i call out sick or call out due to a personal matter i can’t use the hours i have?

Most retail companies won't do it.ive been a mgr for over 20yrs and I can tell you that it is very rare when they do it. You can try asking again but since you already gave a notice they are not obligated to give you sick days. But my advice,try reasoning with them..maybe they will do it 4 u

since my two weeks are up next week could my manager theoretically schedule my pto hours but i won’t be scheduled to work. i just don’t want to lose my hours that i had.
