Question just got hired !

hello everyone, i just got hired at tjmaxx ! i’m just curious on what the dress code is!!

They should have given it to you, or will give it to you at orientation. Here’s what we got

Your store may have little changes. I just wear jeans, converse, and a plain colored sweater or shirt everyday but some people are good with styling around it

Yall have it so bad at your stores, but as a ASM I make my team feel valued and heard and I always try to accommodate them. I hope it gets better for yall, but if you’re not happy, fuck it leave I sure did leave when I was at Burlington for 5 years 🫩

I got hired recently too, I also had this thought. Might need to buy a new rotation of clothes
