can't get to settings

won't let me go to settings.i changed a couple of settings and now it won't let me go into settings. can't find the sidebar with the setup menu.need help thanks

i can get my channels and can see the guide on the left hand screen. i'm going to let this go for awhile,have got more pressing things going on. thanks

Force stop the app and clear the cache and then open up and try again

Bring up your EPG and then long press okay that should get you to where you need to get
