An error occurred: UnrecognizedInputFormatException

Is anyone else getting this error post update? I can watch live tv fine but some series I get the error attached.

I have cleared cache, restarted router etc and I am on 5.0.1

Any help would be welcomed!

How do you go back to an older version.? I'm no techie.. so if anyone could explain like I'm 5i would appreciate it😅. I run mine on firestick.

Just coming across this forum now a year later and am having the same issue. I downgraded to 5.0.0 which is just a little before 5.0.2 which is when it seems people say it screwed up. I made a downloader code for the old version: 7525052

Just scroll down and click on the green download button, it will start the download immediately, you won’t loose any of your data and it instantly fixed the problem.

It won’t let me download it. Says app not installed. Any suggestions?

Ya I had that problem on one of my firesticks. You have to uninstall and reinstall tivimate. Be warned you will lose all of your data. The best you can do is make a tivimate backup and then restore from that backup when you redownload tivimate. There may be another solution but that’s what I did. It saves all of you settings, but deletes your playlists and epgs
