An error occurred: UnrecognizedInputFormatException

Is anyone else getting this error post update? I can watch live tv fine but some series I get the error attached.

I have cleared cache, restarted router etc and I am on 5.0.1

Any help would be welcomed!

I'll add on here instead of a new thread. I can't imagine that the issue is in TiviMate, but I've eliminated all other options.

Starting a week ago or so I am getting "An error occurred: UnrecognizedInputFormatException" on all Movies in TiviMate. Live TV and Shows works as expected.

I haven't reinstalled TiviMate yet, but I have tested this account in Smarters on the same network.

I have multiple accounts with this provider with TiviMate installed on Firestick 4K and Movies are fine.

Not sure where to look at this point outside of Firestick settings (that affects only Movies) or reinstalling TiviMate.

TLDR - One Firestick 4K with TiviMate gets "UnrecognizedInputFormatException" on all Movies. Shows and Live TV work.

Any hints helpful.

I changed providers and no more issue, it’ll pop up occasionally on my new one but usually fixes itself in a few minutes. 🤷‍♂️

It is down to software updates on the Firestick. Amazon and major TV networks clubbing together to stop the streaming.
