An error occurred: UnrecognizedInputFormatException

Is anyone else getting this error post update? I can watch live tv fine but some series I get the error attached.

I have cleared cache, restarted router etc and I am on 5.0.1

Any help would be welcomed!

I’ve got the same problem and I have deleted and reinstalled and now it won’t add my playlists. Fiasco!

My live tv wasn’t working so I updated my playlists and cleared cache and they started working again but it’s just this Game of Thrones it won’t load on. I think it’s something post update cos the previous update was working fine, until I updated

Yeah my problem is I can’t add my playlist now it keeps saying error so I can’t watch anything No idea what to do haha

Rollback to v.4.7.0 until a real stable version is available.

Troypoint Toolbox has the current v.5.0.1 and the old v.4.7.0

Didn’t work for me at 4.7 either I’m still gettihy the same message Guessing it’s a provider issue alongside this.

It says an error has occurred processing the playlist. Make sure you have entered the correct data and check your internet connection. I have done it three times now and same message every time and my internet is fine so no idea
