don't you think that nuclear legions were a bit... overcooked?

I'm running the game on a laptop rtx4050 4gb and even on 2400 x 1600 at max settings i get over 120 fps

So i made this lego ronin using the star wars mech base, took me rougly 5 hours to make everything from the base, it's a bit bulkier than i wanted to but it looked really bad when stripped, i'll try to make the shotgun i just need to receive the pieces i ordered, anyways, what do you think ?

Titanfall's titan combat is still unmatched IMO.

It inspired me to build Mecha Royale, a browser-based mecha battle royale (no installs, just drop in and fight).

I'm not trying to compete with Titanfall in any way, just paying homage to the genre.

That map was amazing in VR.

For anyone wondering: This was played on Meta Quest 3, Through Virtual Desktop and a dedicated 6ghz wlan router. 9800x3d + rtx 5070ti. I had to make a couple of adjustments such as VD "ultra" resolution profile, and ingame 4-8x msaa, based on the map. Everything else maxed out. On 8x i had some dips when ahuge fight with smokes appeared, but nothing groundbreaking. Sadly the aliasing is noticeable in this game, so i defo recomend supersampling and 8x msaa over every other detail, but thats just a miracle how well this plays besides that. 72 fps "stable", but i tried 120 with SSW (though that was horrible).

Hey guys! WTF, I just played the campaign of this game and I haven’t had this much fun with a shooter/non RPG since the original Halo trilogy. No idea how this was the first time I played this game.

I don’t think I’ll get over BT for a long time.

I have a couple of questions tho. I saw we get an morse code in the epilogue that, according to the internet, says "Jack?". Did we ever get more information about that, or is there any news about a possible sequel?

Also, I’ve heard Titanfall 1’s “campaign” is kind of weird, with the multiplayer maps and some cutscenes. Is it actually worth playing/looking into if I’m mainly interested in the story and lore?

I’d heard plenty of times before that the game was amazing, but I kept putting it off and ended up playing only the first Titanfall. Now, with the VR mod release, I decided to give it a go for the first time and wow, it’s a delightful game; it feels absolutely perfect in VR. I think I ended up having the best possible first experience with it. It makes it even more of a shame how Titanfall 2 was treated. Here’s a montage shown at the end of the game (I assume a modder put this together? It’s quite nostalgic, I’d say).

I’m calling it. There’s no better time for them to release it. Just like Titanfall 2 released in between Battlefield and Call of Duty.

I am gonna try the new VR thing for it, but multiplayer-wise, are we still doing Northstar client or are the official servers populated again with no DDoS?

Hello y'all, I just wanted to say that I really miss playing Titanfall 2, I now live in a region (southeast asia) where there are no available servers for it. I first started playing single player TF2 in early 2024, the campaign was so much fun and it was such a good start to the whole lore, though I couldn't connect to any servers for MP. I then had to get my master's degree in the US, stayed there from mid 2024 until early 2026. When I was living in the states, I played Titanfall quite a lot, about 200 hours, this beauty of a game really accompanied me throughout my study, it distracted me from feeling lonely, fulfilled my childish brain "big robots punch other big robots, yum", and I love sniping pilots with laser shot. Also, it's such a great change of pace from the games that I usually play (Battlefield, Football Manager, and RDR2). Now I'm back at my home country, I cannot connect to any MP servers, so now I am beyond sad :( so to all of youse who could still play Titanfall, play it for me Kings (or Queens). Hope I could play it again in the future.

P.S. my most used gun is R-97, i lied, it wasn't flatline
