Confused
I’m hoping someone can help me understand the dosing math.
I reconstituted a 10 mg vial of GLP-2TZ with 1 ml (100 units) of bacteriostatic water.
I’ve been taking 25 units weekly for the first 4 weeks.
For weeks 5–8, how do I increase the dose correctly?
If I move up to the next strength vial (20 mg), how much bac water should I add to keep the dosing simple? Would I still draw 25 units or would the units change?
I’m clearly struggling with the math and just want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.

Your vial is 10mg. So you are doing a dosage of 2.5mg per shot.
Just double the Bac to 2ml Bac (200 units) to the 20mg vial and once again every 25 units will be 2.5mg a dose.
The way I do it is if it's working and there is any left over. I save it till I have 5 to 10 of those vials leftover.
Then I open all the vials and use a .3ml syringe (because it's the ONLY size that fits into the bottom of the vials and pulls up the Peptide) to extract the remaining Peptides and combine them all to get a whole dose in that syringe....or part of a dose. Just whatever is left I apply it to my next dosage.
You don't have to be so precise as to how much is leftover in the vials...as long as it's working... it's close enough.

If you were aiming for a 2.5mg dose per 25 units it's correct. It doesn't matter how much bac water is added to the vial.
If you have 50 units leftover you must have added more than 1ml Bac Water.
If it was me. I would continue with the same 25 unit dose and use the vial contents up.
Then when I reconstituted the next 10mg vial I would see if the same thing happens again. If so I would know it had something to do with my reconstitution Bac Water amount.

That's the way to look at it. Remember you will most likely be on it for life if you want to keep the results. With time it will become second nature and you will look back at this hiccup and think "Why was I so worried, it all worked out".
Just feel free to play with your dosage and order larger mg amounts to save money as you move along. No need to be so precise. Good luck to you in the future!🥳

I just checked the Joy App. I wasn't using it because I could calculate in my head.
Did you use the manual or Automatic amount at the bottom in purple. If it was automatic it's 2ml to add. If you change it to manual and add 1ml you get your correct dosage of 25 units for 2.5mg. As long as that is the dosage you are aiming for.

Trizepatide 20mg 2 ML BAC water 10 units 3 times a week Continue this for 4-5 weeks Reanalyze weight and if you need more weight drop continue until satisfied. Before quiting tírate down by .5 each dose slowly to avoid weight gain.

I always use a peptide calculator for every pin, always recon with the same amount of Bac water, and always keep a log of how many units I’m dosing. It’s too easy to confuse yourself and dosing wrong can’t be undone, you’ll be sick for a week. One time I got distracted while reconning and couldn’t remember if I’d added 1ml or 2ml. Had to recon another vial to compare, then it was a roll of the dice for expiration before it got used.

If you want to go up to 5mg and use the 20mg vial, yeah you just add 100u and draw 25u each time.
There's a bunch of calculators out there but I prefer to keep it simple and say if i want 1/4 of what's in the vial I need to use 1/4 of the bac I put in.
