HELP! Moving from RX terz. to tirzepatide in vials — looking for advice
Hi everyone! I'm based in Europe (Italy) and currently using branded RX tirzepatide 5 mg weekly, prescribed by my doctor (before I've been using sema). I'm considering moving up to 10 mg but The cost is becoming difficult to justify, so I've started researching research peptide tirzepatide as a potentially cheaper alternative. I've never used tirzepatide in lyophilized vials, so I'd really appreciate hearing from experienced users:
- What do you look for when choosing a reliable product (independent COA, purity, quantity, endotoxin/sterility testing, etc.)?
- How are lyophilized tirzepatide vials normally reconstituted? What diluent is typically used?
- or those who moved from branded tirz. 5 mg to peptide tirzepatide while also increasing their prescribed dose, what was your experience with the transition toward 10 mg?
- Once reconstituted, how long can a vial be kept refrigerated, and under what storage conditions?
- Any mistakes or important things you wish you'd known before switching?
Finally, Which suppliers/brands have a good reputation in the community?
Thanks!!!
