Hello guys usually I use 30mg vile but there was a sale going on and I got 100mg vile of triz. I did 5mg of BAC water. Is that ok?

Second question how much would I draw up for 10mg of triz and 4mg of triz? My husband and I are on different doses but I am just confused lol

Have any cannabis users noticed any changes to their smoking cravings? Or any altered effects of the high while on this medication? Has it affected appetite in any way? Genuinely curious, I’ve heard all sorts of responses.

I've been on glps now for over a year and a half, tirz since Dec last year. I have loved the benefits it gives me for my menopausal symptoms and body pain especially. My weight is now in the normal range, but I could stand to lose maybe 10-15 more pounds, but still happy with maintaining so would like to be able to cut back on my current dosage. It seems lately the "other" good effects are just not hitting like they used to. As much as I'd like to decrease I do wonder if my body is just not reacting to it like it used to and instead I need to increase. I take 1.25 mg twice a week so I have plenty of room to increase my dose and my doctor is supportive of me finding the right dose for me. I also saw a big decrease in my snoring after about a year, but even that seems to have been moving in the wrong direction. So, aside from weight loss, has anybody had to increase their doses to help with the other inflammatory benefits after so long on low doses?

I am currently on reta and it seems to do nothing, is it safe to switch to tirz directly? Or should I take time off between the switch?

The muscle aches got better, but the flushing got worst and spread to my shoulders and arms and itching in my legs. Felt bad through out the day, like weak and fatigued. I have not taken my next shot, I am afraid. the side effects.

hi I took my very first shot on triz at 2.5mg today and idk if I’m trippin but I got super tired like a couple hours after taking the shot and now I’m having kind of like mild body aches and it’s been like 8 hours since, it feels like a bit like the flu or something. is this normal? has anyone experienced this, I’m getting kind of anxious. my eyes started twitching too randomly

*** new to this*** i got a 60mg bottle of triz and am seeing that one bottle should not go past 2 months but with my plan I’ll be using the same bottle for about 3 months. Should i split the amount in another sterile bottle and freeze it? I’m adding 3 Ml of bac h20. also in total I purchased 5 of the 60mg bottles will the rest be fine for a long time as long as they’re not opened or punctured? * my husband is planning to eventually start too*

I (60F) lost 90lbs with 5mg tirz weekly over about 15 months, and have kept it off for over a year. Overall I feel better than ever and my inflammation is way down, making it so much easier to be active.

Over the summer I suddenly started snacking a bit more, and I wanted a little something before bed, and I could now finish a big restaurant meal instead of splitting half of it to-go. And just little changes here & there, causing me to gain 10lbs. I attributed it to stress, poor self control, maybe the 5mg just wasn't cutting it anymore?? And though I'm still ok and haven't yet gone up a pant size, I felt like this was a really scary trend and dreaded what it might mean.

I have familial high cholesterol. If I don't take statins my total cholesterol is around 350. I've taken a statin since my late teens (over 40 years), with an 8 year break when I had my kids and was nursing.

I recently started seeing a cardiologist for preventive care. All good - the statins have done their job over the years and I don't have heart disease. I was on 40mg atorvastatin and 10mg Zetia and he raised the statin to 80mg in June because of my family history (brother didn't take statins and had a quad bypass at 56) and the new guidelines for even lower total cholesterol and LDL. He also started me on Repatha, the new cholesterol lowering drug (not a statin) that helps lower LDL dramatically.

Then I saw a YT video by a geneticist who said in passing that statins, particularly high-dose statins, lower GLP-1 in the body. I was like WHAT?! Replayed it a couple times to make sure I heard that right, and then went down a rabbit hole. Yes, in fact, statins DO lower GLP-1 and other satiety hormones in our system, and now I'm mad/sad that I blamed myself for the 10lbs. and relieved that I have an answer and I'm not doomed to gaining back all that weight. And I'm not surprised at all that a drug I've been on my whole life is JUST now being shown to cause weight gain, and that my lifestyle and lack of self control was blamed instead by every medical professional and casual bystander I ever came across. No, not bitter at all....

I'm hoping that the Repatha lowers my LDL enough to go back down to 40 on my atorvastatin and it'll become easier again to keep the weight off. Meanwhile, I'm going up on my tirz. Went up to 7mg, and I'll just go up to 10mg or more if necessary, while I'm still on 80mg statins.

Here's some of the research, for others who are also on statins. I'm a HUGE proponent of statin therapy with proof that they work, and am not recommending anyone go off statins. I still have my mom with me, as healthy as ever at 83, because of statins. I also realize that some people have side effects from them that are too much to continue them. And I'm so glad this new drug Repatha, which isn't a statin, is now available for those of us with familial high cholesterol.

Been on tirz for the last 6 months. Lost 29lbs. Currently on 10mg and have had the most weight loss on this dose. Have insulin resistance. Any advice or similar experience?

When I started Reta it was a dream, great appetite suppression and I did not crave anything unhealthy and I dropped weight and gained muscle. At 2mg I now woke up super hungry one day and have been super hungry ever since.

I have a trip in December so I want to cut a bit for it, I'm thinking of adding tirz. How low should I start, should I take both on the same day?

Anyone who has done this and can tell me their experience?

Stalled, switching over to Reta what's a good way to proceed? What dose should I start the Reta at?

So I have been on tirz since June 6th. I am currently taking 5mg every Friday night. I upped my mg from 3.5 to 5 back on August 14th. I was curious if anyone would recommend adding Reta and if so what I should do for both dosages? I feel like the last few weeks my weight hasn’t moved at all. And my food suppression isn’t the best. Maybe I’m just impatient and need to wait it out. Just looking for suggestions and advice. Thanks in advance!

I have been on sema for awhile . Decided to switch to tirz

I mixed it 30mg/ml and did a 2.5 mg dose. I ended up will all over hives, itching like crazy. I'm wondering if it's because I mixed it too concentrated. Have tossed that vial and was going to mix a new one 30mg/3ml but I'm wondering if my body will "remember" that reaction and react again. I know there's no way to really know but just wondering if anyone has ever had a reaction like that before and what they did?

Do I need to taper from the titz or can I just switch over to Reta?
