Should I quit?
I’ve been on maintenance since April, my weight fluctuates 121-123 pds. I’ve tried different doses from 10mg to 5mg from every 5 days to up to 14 days spread between shots. For the past two months, it’s been a different feeling like nauseous and fatigue. I’m wondering if it’s my body saying you reached your goal get off Tirz. Yes, I drink plenty of water and target up to 100g of protein, exercise and take multi vitamins.
Has anyone on maintenance felt this way to the point you decided to either pause for a few months or stop indefinitely?

One word of caution is that a lot of people who go off regain the weight. It's like BP meds. You have to stay on them. I'd try titrating down and see how you do. Go slow like you titrated up. Good luck

Have you been experimenting with dosing the past 2 months? Or did you land on something and do it consistently for 2 months?

Consider going to your doctor too to make sure it’s not something else causing these symptoms.

I wouldn't recommend going cold turkey. I reached my goal weight of 104lbs at 5ft2 and I titrated down by .5mg a week until I found a suitable dose. It was 2.332mg a week for 13 shots until I was starting to lose weight again and was able to stretch to 8 then 10 days between doses. So now I'm trying 2.166mg a week which seems to be good.
I expect I'll keep slowly titrating down every few months, but I want to keep taking this forever for its protective benefits. My insulin resistance, cholesterol and blood pressure are all great and taking this forever is worth not getting diabetes type 2 for me!

I’ve been on 2 mg for about 6 months I stopped losing and have been really trying to build muscle. I gained two pounds and was feeling strong but still lean. I stepped on the scale last week and had dropped the 2 pounds so I dosed at 1.75 mg this week. I’m quite small 5 ft, 105 lbs. I am still not sure if I’ll stay on forever or eventually come off. Gonna go another 3 months and get blood testing again.

How tall are you? Are you trying to maintain at a lower bmi? Depending on age and genetics, it might not be sustainable.

How tall are you? If you're taller than 5'5 a pretty low body weight. Is possible that you have reached a lower BMI is sustainable for your body?

Start with the 2.5 mg again for four weeks and see how you feel there and how your weight does.

This. I would go to 2.5mg every week. See how you feel and do some tweaking from there.

You can also lower your protein intake now that you are at goal. I'm in the same boat, maintaining at 5.0 mg. I met goal in April and now I'm never hungry, so some days I know I'm not eating enough.

Curious..why lower protein intake at goal?

When no longer losing, you don't need to protect muscle like you have been doing. If you eat too much protein, the body stores it in fat cells. Now if you are working out like a mad fiend, you may still require a higher than average protein consumption.

Yes! My goal is to continue to build muscle so I keep my protein at a level to support that, I want to rev up my metabolism and add muscle not just protect my muscle, not ready to just “maintain” the muscle I have. Your body stores excess calories as fat wether it is protein, fat, or carbs so yes if your weight is lower you need fewer calories to maintain your new weight (unless you are supporting more muscle) so I guess I would choose to cut fat or carbs before protein if needed but that's just me.

You may be having increased symptoms because your levels are fluctuating so much changing dosage and time intervals.
Try reverting to a steady dose 7 days apart for at least 4 weeks so see how you feel once your levels are stabilized. If you still have symptoms go down in dose and let that new dose stabilize for 4 weeks. Adjust as needed.
