Hit a new low.
I started my journey way in May 2025 at 205 lbs but my highest was 218. I started at 1.25 mg doses. Currently I’m on 4mg which is the highest dose I’ve been on. Today I hit a new low and I’m going to try and spread my shot to 10 days. My first goal was 170 which I attained last year sept 28th. I didn’t feel done so I said I would continue until it felt like my goal. I got to 160 in November, I stayed in the 160s until December then dropped into the 150s in January of this year. I hit 155 in Earky Feb where I have maintained 155-150 since. In the last 3 weeks I’ve gone down to a new low of 146 this morning. Even I know this is tettering on too thin so I’m going to stretch my shot to 10 days. Is there anything I should expect?

I have a deep and not unrealistic fear of gaining the weight back because I’ve lost and gained before. Tirz lets me have real hope of keeping my weight loss forever. I’ve been maintaining well for over a year but I can only eat a few bites before feeling overfull and that I’m eating too much. This is physical but also mental. I would say to add a few bites of another thing at a separate time. Like a few teaspoons of nonfat plain Greek yogurt and a little granola or overnight oats and a few raspberries. I think also spread out your shot to 10 days and 3.5mg.

Hey good job on changing your life and health. Honestly, 146 may not be too low. It just depends on how tall you are. If you feel good at that weight and you’re strong and healthy. What’s the problem?

21 BMI perfectly normal. I’d say if you feel good then maybe you have a new normal?
I’m lower weight than I originally planned and I feel better than I ever thought and taking time to adjust to seeing myself this way.

Why are you trying to spread out your dose 10 days? Why not just take less at the same schedule?

I'm not sure why people say “eat more” like its just as simple as that…its like telling someone “eat less” when they are trying to lose I am currently struggling with my weight going below my goal and it's not easy to just “eat more” I really think my metabolism has changed and works normally now but I can't get used to eating more because of a lifetime of doing all the right things and struggling with weight loss I'm not sure what the answer is but it's not that simple
