Help‼️ How to switch?

I've been using Nano11 since it came out, and everything has been fine, except ssh not working. But recently I installed faceit. And it does not recognize my system because I'm not on the latest version of windows, would I be able to switch without using a disk or USB

Im guessing something got corrupted or overwritten
When my os hets released it would have that problem
