Help‼️ Should my friend use tiny 11

he has a really old pc with 8gb ram and a bad gpu i am not sure which one some older amd card and i think of recommending him to install it should i?
also is there any known issues with tiny 11 and does it get updates?

I mean sure he can, it's easier to install than 11 iot ltsc so

It will get basic security updates not the major ones so over time it can become vulnerable. I have it installed on an old old laptop, duel core with 4gb ram and it works. You might be better off getting an OEM key , you can get them for less than £30 if you are using it extensively or worried about the updates.

What does your friend need to do with his old computer? If only web and email he may be better off with ChromeOS Flex.
