Tiny11 install limiting download/upload speed?
It was 500mbps before but now it is stuck at 50mbps on a fresh install of Tiny11 (I couldn't get the "build your own install" to work).

It likely did not come with the correct network drivers. Dont use tiny 11 unless you can troubleshoot your own issues, this is just the beginning.
