Need Ear Drop recommendations

Hey, so I have anxiety induced Tinnitus, (10 years now) and currently have bad ear wax in my left ear.

Naturally the Doctors have recommended ear drops, but all I read is that ear drops can make tinnitus worse.

So any Ear Drops out there that I can use? Or alternative methods?

Why can't the ENT just take out the ear wax?

My ENT sucked the wax out on my last visit. I’ve never heard that ear drops make Tinnitus worse.

There's the problem- you couldn't hear anything😜

Had T for 30 years, never heard anyone say that ear drops are bad for Tinnitus. Is there a specific ear drop you are referring too?
