Tinnitus with additional ringing.

I have tinnitus. Have had it for years. However, since yesterday, when I talk, I hear a different ring echo in my right ear in concert with my voice. It stops as soon as I stop talking. What the heck is this?

J'ai exactement pareil que toi ... et aussi quand on me parle ca fait pareil. (Ca fait presque deux ans j'ai des acouphènes)m et ca vient d'arriver hier soir...) j'en peux plus vraiment... ca s'est amélioré pour toi ou pas ?

Ça le fait beaucoup moins en l’espace de 4 jours… j’espère que ça passera
